Accessibility

Accessible by design, from day one.

How many workout apps can say they have strong accessibility support? It's been a priority from day one.

Audio Cues & Haptic Feedback

The app will give a lot of audio cues as to what's happening. From "Get ready", to announcing the set/exercise number, and warning beeps. Some or all of these can be disabled. And there's also haptics to let you know that your set is about to begin.

VoiceOver

Full VoiceOver support with intelligent grouping, labeling, hints, etc.

Voice Control

You can use the app with just your voice.

How it works

Move. Tap. Rest. Repeat.

For those that just want a simple tool. Open the app and start your first set.

Do your set

Your current set and exercise numbers are front and center. No digging through menus mid-workout.

Tap a rest timer

Your one-tap rest timers are always within reach. A short rest for lighter work, a long rest for your hardest efforts.

Get called back

Audio cues and haptics tell you when rest is over, and the set counter advances automatically. Nothing to dismiss, nothing to remember.

Next exercise

One tap resets the set count and bumps the exercise count. Or switch to Tabata / EMOM intervals for conditioning work.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long should you rest between sets?

The rule of thumb: 2–5 minutes for heavy compound lifts and 60–90 seconds for lighter accessory work. The hard part is actually timing it. What's My Set gives you one-tap rest timers and advances your set count automatically when the timer ends.

How do I keep track of how many sets I've done?

Let the app do it. What's My Set keeps a set counter and exercise counter front and center, and each completed rest timer counts the set for you. No more "was that 3 or 4?"
